Cette vieille bâtisse du 17° siècle située dans le cœur historique de la cité phocéenne se veut laboratoire artistique, une vitrine éphémère qui se transforme en gallerie au fil de ses exposants. Et non contente de proposer l’hébergement, l’AVP recherche aussi de nouveaux artistes pour renouveler ses chambres durant l’été, mettant en compétition de multiples pousses créatives qui auront pour tache de vous concevoir les cocons les plus agréables. At Au Vieux Panier in Marseille, art accompanies you from falli asleep to woke-up, offering 5 bedrooms and as many creative world, all made by differents artists. This old building from the 17th century located in the historical heart of Marseille wants itself as an artistic laboratory, a ephemeral showcase who change over its exhibitors. And not content to offer the room, AVP also looking for new artists to renew their rooms during the summer, featuring multiple creative competition that will design you the most comfortable cocoons. While participating or leisure, no reason to hesitate.

AVP invites you to design and invest in one of 5 bedrooms

You will imagine and propose to AVP an artistic project for a
room, taking into account the following points :
• You will have to invest and design one of the five rooms of the
Maison d’hôtes. The room design will stay for a period limited
to 8 to 12 months.
• Provide or elaborate art pieces as “movable” as possible
whilst exploiting the space given (Tricks and tips to be
determined together)
• Respect the technical facilities (electricity, plumbing…) and
the dimensions of the room.
• Give priority to quality, originality and diversity of the artistic
project, without neglecting the guest’ access, welcome and comfort.
• The artist manages and determines the budget that he
allocates to the project.
• Mutually agreed budget for the implementing your project,
• Provide a logo for your room,
• Agree terms and conditions of sale of each work of Art.
