For Spring/Summer 2014 collection, the Levi’s brand presents new sneakers, the Solvang – to complement its range while reinterpreting the codes of the classic running shoe. Faithful to the commitment of the brand in for a sustainable design and its desire to create something new from the old, Solvang sneakers are made from post-consumer waste recycled. This model goes further in design and sustainable construction after the sole, inner lining and the upper level of the ankle are made from partially recycled mesh and decorated with durable stitching. The Solvang, like the casual and sporty style of the Spring/Summer 2014 collection for men and inspire by 60’s “Palm Springs resort”, combines traditional suede and leather details accented with touches of color with two-colored laces and colorful recycled rubber soles. The Levi’s Solvang are available in selected Levi’s stores and online.
