In 2016, G-Star RAW celebrates the 20th anniversary of its iconic jeans: the G-Star Elwood 5620. As every month G-Star unveils a new limited edition. The latest was created in collaboration with designer Marc Newson. Realized 12 years ago from a design by Marc Newson inspired directly from G-Star archives, the focus of this limited edition is the technical construction of the pants. A synthetic thermo tape stuck is applied to the seams, generally used for high-performance technical outdoor clothing. The new design – created with a Japanese selvedge denim in 14.6 oz – has built in canvas right hand that gives it a sober tone. This innovation with a subtle leather detail on the 3D tapered fit for men and slim fit with intermediate size for women. Both models are available in 2 version: sky blue and white.
