Maison Margiela presents the first drop from its Spring/Summer 2015 collection, who sees revered design John Galliano take over the helm at the Belgian fashion house. Rather than enforce his flamboyant aesthetic, Galliano has seamlessly taken on the essence of Maison Margiela, continuing to the produce edgy, contemporary reworkings of menswear classics. Case in point, the Bomber Jacket is unique take on a classic military design, with a leather trim adorning the collar, cuff and hem whilst a crimpled effect to the body of jacket adds a whole new depth of texture. Also, graphic pieces have been given an intriguing dynamic with the incorporation of intricate cut and sew techniques which only goes to highlight the enhanced levels of craftsmanship and constructions that flourishes throughout the collection. The collection is available online at END Clothing.
