With its success and notoriety, PNY (Paris New York) has opened its third restaurant in the heart the Marais and nothing was left to chance design question. Designed by architects Cut Architecture, all the decoration and interior design reminds of the 80s Miami: a minimalist style with bright colors oscillating between pink and green neon lights, cactus, and of course diner booths revisited in a more minimalist versions. This new design moves away from the usual black and white identity of PNY to better fit the style of the neighborhood.
