After the success of the first restaurant in the Marais LES PINCES open a new address in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. At the origin of this concept, 4 friends, Rémy Bougenaux, Vivien Mathieu, Damien Börjesson and Louis Kerveillant, who, returning from a trip to Boston, wanted to make the lobster accessible.
