For Fall/ Winter 2016, Dr. Martens presents the collection “LACE” tribute to one of the most persistent movement of against-culture movement: the “Goth”. The Dr. Martens shoes quickly become the iconic accessory of the Gothic wardrobe, movement born in the early 80s in the UK. This “LACE” collection is declined in footwear, textiles and accessories. Dr. Martens has recreated the original geometric texture of traditional lace fabric on four shoes – the Pascal 8 eyelets boot, the Wingtip brogue in black and the Hicker 6 eyelets and Mary Jane in oxblood color. The patterns drawn on these models are unique, buckles and stitching in contrasting white. In addition, Dr. Martens proposes bags, a backpack and a t-shirt duo declined in black and oxblood. Collection available from August.
