For the fifth year running, Eastpak Artist Studio (EAST) is inviting some of the world’s leading designers and creators to collaborate on an incredible project to raise HIV/AIDS awareness and funds for Designers Against AIDS.

Each finalist will receive a budget of €400 and two original Eastpak Artist Studio blank Padded Pak’r backpacks with which to produce a working prototype of their design. They will also receive an Eastpak travel gear package valued at €300.The winner of the Wildcard Competition will receive a place alongside some of the world’s most renowned fashion designers, such as Jean-Paul Gaultier, at the Eastpak Artist Studio, with all the prestige and publicity that entails.The winning design will be integrated in the project’s communication platform. The designer’s creation will be sold at auction and all proceeds will be donated to the charity organization Designers Against Aids.The deadline is the 30th of June and the entry is free.
