Kings Of Indigo began his adventure in an Amsterdam attic in 2010. The name comes from the Kings Of Indigo favorite tattoo founder Tony Tonnaer a KOI carp tattooed on his right shoulder in memory of his mother. The KOI carp are intelligent creatures and they tend to swim against the current, metaphor for rebellion lifestyle “denim”. For Spring/ummer 2016, Kings Of Indigo continues to draw its inspiration from American heritage of jeans and the Japanese eye for detail and always using sustainable alternatives.
