Volcom announce the Spring 2016 collaboration with the Danish brand RAINS to design a capsule collection comprised of a jacket and a hat that represent both Volcom’s skate heritage and RAINS weather proof functionality. Each piece is comprised of the RAINS lightweight waterproof fabric, with an elegant mat surface making it comfortable and practical to wear. The jacket is constructed using a classic coach design while adding a removable hood to increase water protection. The bucket hat includes a snappable brim and adjustable chin strap. Naturally, both brands agreed upon involving none other than Rune Glifberg, Danish professional skater and long time Volcom team rider to complete the story. This resulted in an outstanding photo and videoshoot shoot that took place in Copenhagen, Denmark showcasing the product and Rune in their natural surroundings. The capsule collection is available at Volcom stores and online from 8th of february 2016.
