To celebrate the end of his 250 years, the House Hennessy is happy to reveal the new edition of the decanter Hennessy X.O realized by the British designer Tom Dixon. Unique and contemporary design of the traditional decanter Hennessy X.O, Tom Dixon created a visual tribute in most than 100 brandies which makes up this assembly. For this new edition of Exclusive Hennessy X.O Collection, the British designer Tom Dixon, created an object so pure, brilliant and deep as a precious stone. Inspired by the traditional work of the crystal, he explores the process of the tesselation. ” The decanter Hennessy X.O is a timeless object which I wished to handle in a original and modern way “, explains Dixon. After a first edition in 2014 in the copper-colored reflections Tom Dixon chose to put in the honor the silvered color creating an impression of infinite pixellisation on a surface textured, conceived to reflect the light. Its multiple facets shine and so catch the eye as the facets of a diamond. Tom Dixon was inspired by natural treasures of earth and by minerals to shape Hennessy X.O. The result reveals an unexpected harmony between shape and finish light and materiality: a real unique collector’s item in itself! Hennessy XO Exclusive Collection by Tom Dixon will be available from October 2015.
