Parisian photographer Julien Lachaussée for a temporary exhibition at Dr. Martens shop. Julien Lachaussée was born in Paris in 1976 and works as a freelance photographer. After studying photography, he spent 5 years as a photographic assistant to Jan Welters, and already has a number of exhibitions under his belt- Galerie Patricia Dorfmann, Galerie Agnès B, Galerie Sergeant Paper,Galerie Datta, FNAC, Mondial du Tatouage, Galerie L’imprimerie. He he also worked for the magazines Desillusion, Sang bleu, Gustav mag, Rugged, Les Inrockuptibles, Inked, Shoes-Up, Black Rainbow… and produced album covers for the artists Daniel Darc. In 2010, he was awarded third place in the Fnac Nikon Competition. Influenced by the United States (without glitter) and encounters, his work is uncompromising and is the current witness of the underground and street culture.
