Cheap Monday and Teenage Engineering have launched a range of Pocket Operators, micro-synthesizers so small they can fit in a pocket, along with a line of matching clothes. Pocket Operators (“pocket operators’) has three pocket synthesizers. The three models are sold without casing and components and design appear directly on the PCB. Powered by two AAA batteries, Pocket Operators are equipped with an LCD segments, an integrated speaker, alarm clock and a metal bracket. All models also offer setting options and synchronization functions with inputs and outputs 3.5 mm. Each model includes a series of specific effects including filter, bit-crusher, delay, stutter, and more. Available for sale until February 1 exclusively at Parisian concept store colette, their online store and at Teenage Engineering’s website. From early February, Pocket Operators and associated clothing line will be available at Cheap Monday online store and at selected retailers worldwide.
