After exhibiting at Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Djerba and recently as part of the big event Djerbahood, Amose is back to Paris for an exhibition from October 25 to November 14 at Sergeant Paper gallery. For this new “Anatomalie” exhibition, he dissects its characters, the raw flesh on paper. The body is being checked as well in its globality and in its every detail. His line supplants the scalpel to give us a real case study on “amosienne.” Amose began studying in Lille and continued at the Beaux Arts in Belgium. His style is characterized by the use of warm colors and clean iconography of South American and Native American art designs. His interest in the human body and its deconstruction, Amose created characters with elongated forms, detached from any membership.
