New York-based artist, Sophia Chang has collaborated with PUMA on an exclusive collaboration entitled “Brooklynite” for Summer 2014. This collection consists of a pack of 3 pairs of their iconic silhouette, Disc Blaze. Sophia Chang is inspired by the skyscrapers of New York for the colors, and featured a full black, monochrome white and a pair black/white/blue. These three pairs have subtle details, like the “Brooklynite” inscription on the sole, “Believe the hype” on a tab at the Disc system and the Brooklyn Bridge on the heel with again the “Brooklynite” inscription. This collection will be released on July 1st at select retailers of the brand, such as The Good Will Out.
