TMZ has revealed that Karl Lagerfeld is being sued by New Balance for reportedly copying the design of one of the brand’s sneakers. The sue relates to the use of the logo that bears a resemblance to the “N” logo of New Balance and especially with its positioning, but also its inclination. Furthermore, the model is somewhat similar to New Balance 420 silhouette, release in the 70s, and the American brand sneakers think this may cause some confusion. Karl Lagerfeld has unveiled his monochrome sneakers with the “K” in April.
