After collaboration with Premier and the “Life On Mars” pack, Saucony continuing these collaborations around space theme, this time with the New York boutique Extra Butter. The Extra Butter x Saucony “Space Race” Pack consists of three models, the Saucony Grid 9000 “ACES”, the Saucony Shadow Master “Space Snack” and a mystery third shoe waiting to be announced. Grid 9000 is inspired by the orange outfits worn by astronauts, officially called “Advanced Crew Escape Suit” and featured a mixture of orange nylon and suede, with 3M reflective details throughout and starred blue laces. When the Shadow Master is constructed from a suede upper in pink, ecru and brown refer to “space ice cream”, the lyophilized Neapolitan ice for astronauts. The Saucony Grid 9000 “ACES” will be the first to come out and will be available from April 24 in the shop Extra Butter Lower East Sidet and online April 28.
