Parisian boutique Starcow just launched an “Instructor Hat” made in France. Similar to the Vivienne Westwood hat popularized by Pharrell Williams, the headgear of Starcow is available in a variety of colors, ranging from blue, beige to red, or black. Easier to carry compared to Vivienne Westwood, because less imposing, these hats are available in Starcow boutique and online.
