The debut of Glenn Martens as Creative Director for Parisian label Y/PROJECT during Paris Fashion Week created a powerful and moving atmosphere presenting architectural tailoring mixed with easy sportwear to the sounds of Vivaldi and PiL. The Y/PROJECT AW2014/15 collection focuses on a regeneration of shapes and construction. Details and finishings from the Y/PROJECT archive collections have been revisited and twisted re-appropriating and emphasizing the label’s pre-existing codes that now deliver contemporary, urban looks.
