Presented at the 2013 Vinexpo exhibition, the wines Célébris the Gosset house back with the 2002 and 2007 vintages Vintage extra brut rosé. Reserved for exceptional years, these bottles are the work of a bitter selection work and this is the cellar master Pierre Mareigner should assess whether they are worthy of the name Célébris. The Célébris Vintage 2002 reveals a gold dress and a spring bouquet from its 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir, the 2007 rosé or its sister reveals touches of blackberry and vanilla in its ruby. Two exceptional flasks find in all the (very) good wine shop and put on an exceptional table ! “
