We obviously saved the best for last regarding our trip to Corsica: the food, of course ! We were lucky enough to try a handpicked selection of Corsican wines at Aux Vents d’Anges, which is a restaurant as well as a wine shop located not far from the seaside. We also enjoyed a very hearty and delicious meal at family-run restaurant l’Auberge de Tesa among the pine trees. For a nice meal overlooking the sea, try beach restaurant Marinella. And let’s mention the very best place we tried now: U Libecciu, a traditional restaurant which offered delicate dishes with surprising flavors and amazing desserts. Don’t miss it if you ever visit Northern Corsica!
