During our trip to Corsica, we discovered the island’s hinterland. We had a long quad ride which led us to the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. It was such a great experience to see this amazing landscape and the turquoise colored sea. We also discovered Corsican polyphonic singing during a private concert of local act Meridianu which took place in a wonderful 17th century chapel. Then, we had a long walk along the hinderland’s medieval villages and learned a thousand things about Corsica’s rich and eventful history. To cut a long story short, it was a pleasure to learn to know the island and its immense diversity.
