In 1967 Ben Sherman opened his first shop, on Duke Street, in Brighton. His signature button-downs in a myriad of colours, candy stripes and checks were stacked neatly upon shelves from floor to ceiling, the shop was named Millions of Shirts. Half a century later, Ben Sherman revisits his original styles with a considered collection of just seven pieces, all proudly made in England. Tthe collection Ben Sherman “Duke Street Foundry” Spring/Summer 2013 consisted of a House Check button-down shirt, Candy Stripe button-down shirt, a classic Oxford shirt, long sleeved polo, short sleeved polo, Fishtail parka and a traditional Harrington jacket.
