For Marseille-Provence 2013 European Capital of Culture, the French brand Kulte treat oneself to a flagship near the Vieux-Port, 8 rue de la Loge in Marseille. Saturday, January 12, Kulte inaugurate its concept store and will be unveiled in preview the Spring/Summer SPG13 “Décalage Horaire” collection and collabs launches.
