The Champagne house Canard-Duchêne expanding its wine for the holiday season with a new cuvée from organic grapes, a first for the company founded in 1868 in the Natural Park of the Montagne de Reims. Certified organic by one of six organizations recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, this champagne is made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot vinified in Black oak and fit into the process of resource conservation initiated by the house and Laurent Fédou – Maitre de Chai .
