Museum of Art and Industry invites avant-garde designers Marithe and Francois Girbaud exhibiting at Saint-Étienne on 26 October 2012 to 6 May 2013. For the first time in France, the exhibition « L’autre jean » (The other jeans) runs 40 years of cooperation based on the alliance of technology and creativity. The museum offers a look through this exhibition on the creation, research and industrial innovation shifted the duo formed by Marithe Bachellerie and François Girbaud, leading major fashion movements around the world since the 70s, to ‘render sensible guidelines and identity.
