For his Fall/Winter 2012 collection, Lacoste L!VE sets off towards new horizons with three themes, three destinations: Polar Block, The Brotherhood and L’aventure C’est L’aventure (The Adventure is Adventure). These three worlds are inspired by the preppy and outdoor style.

POLAR BLOCK – This first theme is reminiscent of childhood, with its strong and soft colours offsetting each other. The brand’s emblematic stripes are glimpsed beneath primary-coloured oilskins. Cool and colourful t-shirts feature maps of the ocean floor. No risk of getting lost on the way ! Denim and corduroy lend a contemporary accent to the « intrepid explorer » look.
THE BROTHERHOOD – The second theme plays on American university codes, their fraternities in particular. The « University of Lacoste » shields are proudly flaunted across the vermilion, black or khaki chests of woollen sweaters and polo-shirts. The broadcloth teddy jacket appeals to one’s inner jock while the blazer is perfect for the more formal gatherings.
L’AVENTURE C’EST L’AVENTURE – Departure to the unknown territory with the last theme. Colours are organic : bush green, medlar yellow, night blue. And while the classic crocodile roams all over the polo-shirts, a new print finds its way into the collection : the map. Norwegian printed sweaters add the final refreshing touch to this outstanding collection. Grab your jacket! It’s time to play.
