American fashion designer Todd Snyder has linked up with New Balance to create his own 998. Utilizing New Balance’s NB1 customizable program, Snyder took inspiration by one of his favorite drinks and intended as an ode to New York’s iconic Old Town Bar, the sneaker is dubbed the “Black and Tan” 998. This limited edition pair features a black and tan combination suede upper, tan mesh and lateral “N,” and black nylon laces.
