Visionaire rend hommage au génie iconoclaste d’Alexander McQueen qui a définitivement marqué de son empreinte la création des années 90 et 2000. Mais c’est plus qu’un simple hommage puisque ce numéro exceptionnel est publié suite à un projet entre Visionaire et le créateur qui n’avait jamais abouti. Aujourd’hui, comme pour rattraper le temps, Visionaire a réuni les plus belles contributions : Nick Kinght, Steven Klein, Mario Sorrenti, Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Lady Gaga. Imprimé à 1500 exemplaires sur un papier constellé de graines, ce Visionaire 58 sera en vente exclusivement dans les boutiques Alexander McQueen (Londres, Milan, New York, Los Angeles et Las Vegas), Visionaire et chez colette à Paris. Une édition couture ultra limitée et créée en collaboration étroite avec la maison AlexanderMcQueen sera également disponible.

Visionaire pays tribute to the iconoclastic genius of Alexander McQueen who left his definitive mark on the design world of the 90s and 2000s. But it’s more than just a tribute : this special issue is published following a planned project between the designer and Visionaire, which never came to fruition. Now, as if to make up for the past, Visionaire has assembled some amazing work from Nick Knight, Steven Klein, Mario Sorrenti, Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Lady Gaga. With 1,500 copies on a special paper to plant, the Visionaire 58 will be sold exclusively in Alexander McQueen boutiques (London, Milan, New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas), Visionaire and at colette Paris. A limited edition couture version created in close collaboration with the house of Alexander McQueen will also be available.
